We’re delighted to introduce a range of new features designed to bring even more visibility, consistency and flexibility to your revenue strategy. From deeper business insights to smarter automation, here’s what’s new in the platform.

A Deeper View of Your Business Review

Gain a clearer understanding of where your business is coming from each day, helping your team make faster, more informed commercial decisions.

Sometimes, the headline numbers only tell part of the story.

You’ll now notice a new symbol beside the Rooms and Revenue lines in the Business Review screen. Click it, and a new sidebar opens to give you a more detailed view of what’s happening behind the numbers for that specific day.

You’ll be able to:

  • Break down business by Segment or Source

  • Get a clearer understanding of where revenue is coming from

  • View helpful built-in insights to support decision-making

Think of it as an extra layer of visibility - helping you move from simply seeing performance to understanding why it looks the way it does.

Cost of Occupied Room Calculator

Create greater consistency and confidence in profitability decisions by ensuring everyone is working from the same agreed cost assumptions across the system.

Many of you told us you wanted the ability to save and retain the Cost of Occupied Room across the system — and now you can.

This update allows your team to lock in a consistent cost value, helping to reduce confusion and ensure everyone is working from the same assumptions.

Even better, user permissions can be applied, meaning you can control exactly who has the ability to set or update this value …meaning no more discrepancies and no more second guessing

Group Displacement & Profit Predictor

Make more accurate group business decisions by using consistent profitability data — helping you understand whether a piece of business is truly worth taking.

Your saved Cost of Occupied Room can now automatically pull through into the Group Displacement Calculator and Profit Predictor.

You can also lock in your hotel’s incremental spend per guest, ensuring consistent calculations across your team.

The result?

More confident decision-making, less manual input, and greater consistency when evaluating group business opportunities.

Segment Buckets — Now Customisable

Align the system with the way your hotel operates, making reporting and analysis more intuitive for your team.

Every hotel works a little differently.

That’s why you can now rename Segment Buckets to suit your own terminology, with your custom names displayed consistently throughout the system.

A small update — but one we think will make day-to-day use feel far more intuitive.

Selling Rates Export

Save time and improve reporting visibility by having selling rates easily accessible alongside your existing exported data.

To make reporting even easier, Selling Rates will now be included within the Settings Export, alongside your existing data.

Auto-Acceptance — More Flexible Than Ever

Reduce manual workload while maintaining control, allowing your team to focus time where it matters most without losing oversight of pricing strategy.

This is one we know many of you have been waiting for. You can now define a rolling auto-acceptance period, giving you much more control over how pricing recommendations are handled.

For example:

  • Review and approve recommendations for the next 90 days

  • Automatically accept recommendations beyond that period

You can also decide when auto-acceptance applies by day of week.

For example:

“I want to review recommendations Monday–Friday, but auto-accept them on weekends.”

It’s all about balancing automation with control — helping you save time while staying confident in your strategy.

Added Security with Multi-Factor Authentication

Strengthen account security and protect valuable commercial data with an additional layer of login protection.

Security matters. You can now set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) directly within User Configuration under your profile settings.

A simple step that adds extra peace of mind for your account.

Budget Builder — More Flexibility for Segments

Build more flexible and accurate budgets by planning at either segment or segment bucket level, depending on what best suits your commercial strategy.

For hotels using our Budget Builder feature, you can now build budgets using either:

  • Segment Buckets, or

  • Individual Segments

Giving you even more flexibility when planning and forecasting.

If you haven’t yet added Budget Builder, it’s available through your Customer Success Manager for £100 until the end of the year.
