Risk of Cancellation: A Clearer Picture of What’s Ahead
One of the biggest commercial frustrations for hotels is uncertainty. Forward bookings may look healthy one week, only for cancellations to shift the picture entirely.
While cancellations are a natural part of trading, understanding where risk exists before it materialises can make a significant difference to performance.
Our newest reporting functionality gives hotels greater visibility into potential cancellation risk, helping teams better understand where exposure may sit across their business. Rather than simply looking backwards at what has happened, hoteliers can gain forward-looking visibility into patterns, segments and behaviours that may influence future performance.

New: Portfolio Reporting & Hotel Grouping
For those managing more than one property, we’ve introduced new portfolio reporting and grouping functionality.
This makes it easier to view performance across multiple hotels while still maintaining visibility at property level.
Hotels can also be grouped in ways that reflect how businesses actually operate - whether by location, segment or property type - making comparison and strategic planning much simpler.
More Flexibility With Unique Events
Every hotel is different. Local events, market dynamics and unique trading circumstances all influence performance.
Because of that, we have added the ability for hoteliers to now add and prioritise their own unique events, giving greater context to performance and ensuring important local demand drivers are never overlooked.
