Right Revenue is a small company of 13 people with a big heart. Our Revenue Management solution allows independent hotels to compete with the ‘big boys’ when it comes to pricing, by offering them access to cutting edge revenue management technology.

  • You will ideally have a hotel background with experience in Sales, Revenue, or Reservations

  • You are ambitious with a passion for the hospitality industry, keen to broaden skills advance your career

  • You will have a solid understanding of hotel operations – from software to people

However, we will also consider those with

  • Less hotel experience, but strong knowledge of B2B/SAAS sales

  • Maybe not so much sales experience but a customer centric mindset and ready for the next step

  • Or an experienced salesperson seeking the flexibility of a remote role

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-changing environment

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable presenting to groups and leading calls with multiple stakeholders

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities and align solutions to hotel business needs

  • Strong relationship builder, able to nurture long-term partnerships with hoteliers and stakeholders

  • Tech-savvy, confident learning and demoing new software

  • Organised and proactive, skilled at managing multiple prospects and follow-ups

  • Curious learner, eager to stay up to date with hotel tech trends and market changes

What will you be doing day to day

As a Right Revenue Regional Sales Manager your key responsibilities will be:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple channels.

  • Confidently make cold calls and engage hotel decision-makers.

  • Keep CRM records accurate and support reporting needs.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

  • Nurture long-term relationships through longer hotel-tech sales cycles.

  • Track and improve performance across key sales metrics.

  • Develop product knowledge to demo the Right Revenue platform with impact.
