At Right Revenue, we're revolutionising how independent and boutique hotels manage their pricing and forecast their revenue. Our intelligent platform makes dynamic pricing accessible, automated, and actionable — helping hoteliers optimise performance and save time.

We're a tight-knit and growing team based in Saintfield. We’re now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale and enhance our product as we enter our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work across our backend and frontend systems to build new features, optimise performance, and help steer our technical direction.

You will:

  • Design and develop backend services using Node.js

  • Collaborate on frontend development with React and Ant Design

  • Integrate AI-powered services written in Python

  • Work across our AWS infrastructure: Lambda, ECS, SQS, RDS MySQL, S3, VPC, Route 53, Elasticache Redis

  • Maintain and work with MongoDB Atlas and MySQL databases

  • Lead code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions

  • Take ownership of features from concept to delivery

Our Tech Stack

  • Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (AI services)

  • Frontend: React, Ant Design

  • Databases: RDS MySQL, MongoDB Atlas

  • Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, ECS, SQS, S3, VPC, Route 53, Elasticache Redis)

  • CI/CD: Bitbucket Pipelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer

  • Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js

  • Solid experience building and maintaining APIs or backend services

  • Comfortable working with SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Experience with modern AWS infrastructure

  • Familiarity with frontend development (React)

  • Passionate about clean, maintainable, well-tested code

  • Strong communication skills and team-first attitude

  • Based in or able to commute to Saintfield, Northern Ireland

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in hospitality tech or SaaS products

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools

  • Experience working in a startup environment
